G4 is airing the awesome Women of Ninja Warrior, a female version of the decidedly less-sexy and dude-packed Ninja Warrior. This is great because you get to see some fairly fit asian girls, and at least one Playboy model, strain to go up ropes, keep their balance, and avoid the disease-infested water in the various pits.
I’d get some wicked-cool tats on my arms if it wouldn’t look pathetic. Muscle girl Christina Taylor doesn’t share that problem. Both of her arms are inked from shoulder to wrist.
I also love Christina’s attitude towards the douchebags who badmouth female bodybuilders and fit women.

Is it just me or is female muscle hottie Isabelle Turell getting bigger? We know she’s capable of amazing feats of strength, but my god, LOOK at her. It’s like no more muscle could possibly fit on her frame. Breathtaking.
According to her bio, Belle’s lat spread is a staggering 47.5 inches. Try wrapping your arms around that (I’m willing to attempt it, day or night. Just saying).

Mainstream superhero comic books are often people’s first introduction to female muscle. They portray larger than life women with exaggerated physiques, wearing tiny and seemingly painted-on outfits. These girls can go toe-to-toe with the big boys in strength and determination. The similarities to female bodybuilding and fitness don’t end there.
My personal favorites are the yet-to-be-written comics where She-Hulk skips the boys altogether and heads off with a couple of smaller yet buxom comic girls for a little off-duty action.

I love it when muscular women break things using only their muscles (or breasts). This is a sweet clip of Laurie Steele popping buttons with her pecs, shredding a shirt with her back, and (my favorite) bursting a necklace off just by doing a most muscular pose.
If you like that taste, then go for it and buy the whole dang thing.
