As I’ve said before, I don’t speak Portuguese, but I’m PRETTY sure Andressa spends the first part of this abs workout video talking about how much she loves Insane Muscle Girls.

BodyRock.Tv seems to have cornered the market on slim fit girls with awesome abs. You’ve seen a lot of Zuzana videos, but here’s a new girl named Lisa Marie with a very slim build, cute tattoos, and a VERY hot English accent.

Two words: Day. Um. Emery Miller has some kind of shredded sexy going on. This photo of her abs is mind-blowing. Check out the rest of her black and white album for more female muscle. Also check out her premium members-only site.

A while back I posted a great photo of a natural-looking girl with a terrific set of abs. Today I came to learn it was Erin Simmons (thanks Girls With Muscle!). She’s just awesome.

There’s just something about a woman with a well-defined midsection doing crunches that does it for me. It’s especially hot if they’re in a gym doing real work. This vid shows Serbian-born, 5’ 6” Jelena Abbou with a very tanned and defined set of abs, giving them a good hammering.

Looks like Brazilian muscle phenom Andressa Vieira is posting more photos of herself on her blog. If this isn’t perfection friends, I don’t know what is.

If I had billions of dollars I’d find a way to pay people like hardbody (and potential WWE diva?) Melyssa Buhl to workout in my house at random times and places. Creepy? Well, yes. But I figure if I have that kind of money I won’t care what everyone thinks.

This video shows her using her webcam to film her leg-lift workout. She’s already oiled up and has the ankle weights on. All that’s left is a bunch of awe-inspiring reps.

You know you’ve got that fantasy where the ho-hum girl in your English class suddenly discovers the world of fitness and nutrition? YES, you have that fantasy. I know.
